This seminar will give an overview of recent changes to the
Approved Documents and will cover known changes or issues
currently under consultation. This emphasis will be placed on
the main changes in 2006 and 2007, with particular regard to:
• Part L: Conservation of Fuel and Power
• Part F: Ventilation
• Part B: Fire Safety
• Part M: Accessibility
Reference will also be made to the Government’s Code for
Sustainable Homes and the new requirements.
The seminar has been developed to provide practical

requirements of the Building Regulations for Energy
Performance Certificates.
