Kate is a Business Manager for Health and Safety and Facilities Management with more than 15 years practical experience in both health and safety and faciltieis management in the pharmaceuticals and biotechnology sector working for DuPont and more recently Elan Pharmaceuticals. A member of IOSH and IRSM, Kate is a member of the East region Committee for the BIGM, DSE assessor and Workplace Law advisor.

Ian has over 35 years of practical and managerial experience of health and safety in the food manufacturing industry working for Bernard Matthews and Nestle UK. Ian holds a BA Honours degree and is a member of IOSH
