Changes to parts of the Building Regulations in 2006 have health and safety implications for building managers throughout England and Wales.
This conference gives an overview of recent changes to the Approved Documents and will cover known changes or issues currently under consultation. This emphasis will be placed on the main changes in 2006, with particular regard to:
- Part L: Conservation of Fuel and Power
- Part F: Ventilation
- Part B: Fire Safety
- Part M: Accessibility
Reference will also be made to the Government’s Code for Sustainable Homes and the new legal requirements to produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and display Energy Certificates for larger buildings.
