Our annual support contract is designed for organisations looking for comprehensive support with total flexibility at a fixed annual rate. Our support contracts cover health and safety, environmental management, and employment relations – or any combination of the three.

Our support may be comprehensive, but it’s certainly not generic.

Workplace Law support contracts are completely customised to meet your requirements and to fit in with your organisation’s ethos and way of working. We don’t impose our system on you; instead, we listen to your needs, agree performance objectives with you, and configure the support contract you need.

Every support contract is different for every client.

The contract is totally flexible to ensure you receive the support you want, the way you want it. 

  • Flexible role: We can act as a virtual member of your in-house team, providing specialist expertise, or, for smaller and medium-size businesses without in-house capability, we can provide proactive advice, and act on your behalf, to help you discharge your legal duties. 
  • Flexible delivery: While all support contracts include remote telephone and online assistance, you can choose to incorporate any number of days onsite to use as you wish: attendance at meetings, internal briefings, ongoing training… it’s up to you. All support contract clients receive online access to our award-winning subscription information service, established in 1999. 
  • Flexible coverage: We cover the whole of the UK and can assist you regionally, whether you are a smaller organisation with one site, or a multi-national with hundreds of sites.   
  • Flexible support: We’re there when you need us to be: 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with unlimited access to our experienced consultants.  
  • Flexible pricing: Pricing is based on your specific needs, so you don’t pay for what you don’t need. You can choose to pay annually, quarterly or monthly, safe in the knowledge that the costs are fixed for the duration of the contract period.  
  • Flexible term: Contracts are available for 12, 36 or 60 month periods to suit your needs.

Workplace Law’s annual support contract is an account-managed service. We strive to deliver personal service, rather than adopting a ‘call centre’ approach. After all, you’re not generic – so neither is the support we provide.
