Compliance
Our compliance services are designed to help you independently assess your existing performance, recommend and then implement ways to improve effectiveness.
In our role as CDM Coordinator we also fulfil one of the roles specified in the Construction, Design and Management Regulations to assist clients and contractors with building and refurbishment projects.
Strategy
Our strategy services include the provision of board level advice on key aspects of law and regulation, as well as the implementation of accreditation, recruitment and cultural programmes designed to improve business performance.
