We are in the position whereby we have a partially developed site in our ownership and will not have a contractor in place for a few weeks. This has raised a number of health and safety questions for us, and specifically, what are our liabilities, what should we be doing and instructing our staff to do etc, prior to letting people on site to clear up, make it safe, risk assessments etc.
What I am looking to try and get is some site/construction/CDM training for our senior manager in this area, to allow him to understand the process, development the procedure and ensure that his people are safe day to day and that we are doing all we should be.
Does anyone know of any courses that we can look into that will cover this requirement.
