Bravo, and if that isn't "transitional leadership" in terms of grabbing the opportunity for fostering nay even promoting 'truth and reconcilliation' in order to reduce the collateral damage that for far too long has been founded in the friendly fire of denial in an increasingly fear based problem orientated NIMBY institution I don't know what is....

Of course on the other hand it may lead to a subtle shift of responsibilities down the food chain and the odd witch hunt surrounding how close to the omissions people were and who knew what and when and why didn't they speak up at the time nevertheless it does introduce an obligation to "listen" and "act" which has to be good for those at the bottom of the food chain.

Sooo, when are the Police, Teachers and others on the institutional front lines going to get the same rights and responsibilities to express their concerns ?
