Nooo, really, a little perceived control over their working patterns improves sustainability of performance or just reduces stress related ill-health !!!

Stand back in amazement, do you really mean that omitting the friendly fire of omission in duty of care to make reasonable adjustments actually also reduces the levels of collateral damage to human resources - c'or now if that isn't counter intuative I don't know what is ?

I always thought you had to treat 'em meen and put the fear of God into 'em before you would ever be able to get the best out of flogging any dead horse and they say they have evidence tooo !! Well I never did.
