I wonder how many companies have developed and implemented a company driving policy? In this difficult climate businesses are having to broaden their horizons of potential business opportunties, nationwide if not world-wide - travel should always be strictly scrutinized, especially driving where the risks to the worker, to the business and the others is greatly increased from normal in-house work activity. Companies who get fined really only have themselves to blame for poor preparation and thought.
