Employment Tribunals: organisation details must be released

All other forms of legal process are open to public scrutiny and the tribunals should not be different.
In the coming months there will be an increase in the number of employers trying to downsize staff at the lowest possible cost and that may mean avoiding the Law in full. There ought to be a stigma attached to appearing before a tribunal as a greater deterrant.
There are too many empliyers in the public sector, especially, who believe employing confers greater power over employees than the Law entitles them to.
