There are 18 countries listed altogether - at various stages of EU investigation - including the UK.
Perhaps this is a reflection of a mini rebellion against the centralised dictats from the EU.
The UK was very late in bringing the Age Dis crimination Directive into effect. The Helm case at the EUCourt seems to say that the Directive came into force in all EC Countries at the moment it became EU law.
The UK too should be onthe list - it implemented the Framework Directive with greater concessions than justified to religious organisations, thinnning down the qualifications required for them to apply.
