Whilst one welcomes the arrival of this Directive, there remain problems of how one measures the energy performance of a building. The RICS Foundation has been supporting research of/piloting into one method - and welcome any feedback. Pls look at http://www2.energyefficiency.org/homeuk.asp and let me know what you think....
