Naaa, don't believe it, not possible, just a subjective view of a few with no empirical objective evidence to suggest that bullying exists other than in the minds of some moaning minnies. I have not been to a school, public or private workplace where the management do not support a zero tolerance policy of bullying behaviours where-eveeer found.
