A new Bill which would be introduced in December under a Conservative Government would strengthen the law against pay discrimination, it has been claimed. Speaking at the annual Conservative Party conference, shadow women’s minister Theresa May has announced details of a new Bill to outlaw pay discrimination, should the party come to power.
