A classic example of poor people management from both sides. The Church hierarchy should have stepped in to deal with congregation grievances much sooner, and the Rev should have been trained in people management! Bullying is unacceptable in any vocation, but in the Church it's inexcusable, regardless of provocation! Sheena HR Manager
