    I wonder whether this woman wore a clown costume to the interview for this job. My guess would be that she did not. The other matter I am pondering is the nature of her work. Surely 'clown shoes' present an H&S issue wherever she may be working (she may trip or trip a colleague). This is taking the micky.

    Clownism is real, and practiced by a great many individuals in my experience. I respect their right to make complete fools of themselves everytime they open their mouth.     Surely, if an organisation wants to project a professional image, especially with their sales staff, the tribunal should have favoured them in this case?
