    ...rising when Fatigue leads to VD (Vigilance Decremation) & bumps-i-daisy. Not forgetting 16% would fail a driving licence sight test and sectors of the industry involved in film and TV production no longer get 'overnight' allowance so have to pack up and return to base before driving back or to new location adding another 4 to six hours to working day with minimal rest time / sleep.
