    Great, Then perhaps you may be able to help me understand the 'apathy' manifested by so many people treated like mushrooms who continue to just carry on going into work regardless of witnessing others driven the point where they crash and burn out ? I cannot solely be the insecurity, fear and anxiety as surely more would 'escape' the stressors rather than remain captive, suck it up become withdrawn with odd irasible dummy spitting as an alternative to 'flight' ?

    Oh, if that were only true - 60% (approx 17 million) would not be reporting that they had witnessed or been subject to bullying in the workplace over the previous six months and/or 58% DSE operators would not be reporting Screen Fatigue etc. etc. etc. At least from a legal stand point employers can no longer pleed ignorance, not that ignorance was ever a defence as "known or should have known" well documented in public domain regardless of surrounding 'social mythology'. I wonder what they're goin to do when more than 50% of UK workforce still toddling into work regardless of mild to ...
