Biography

Graham advises on all aspects of employment law; both contentious and non-contentious. From a contentious perspective he has significant experience in all types of Employment Tribunal matters, including discrimination, whistleblowing and 'protective award' claims. He also advises on High Court restrictive covenant and bonus issues. On the non-contentious side provides all necessary employment advice on outsourcing and M&A deals.
