Biography
Andrew is a solicitor in private practice and partner in IBB solicitors. IBB is West London’s leading commercial firm. Andrew specialises in real estate litigation and resolves landlord and tenant disputes including lease renewal proceedings; dilapidations claims; rent review disputes and other disputes arising from substantial property portfolios. He also resolves disputes in relation to the buying and selling of development sites where overage provisions, covenants and easements are in issue. Andrew has published various articles in legal journals, particularly on landlord and tenant matters. He is a Professor of Land Law at Brunel University where he tutors part-time. Andrew is also a member of the Property Litigation Association and the RICS Dilapidations Forum.
