Biography
Jo is a solicitor in the Employment and Pensions Group at Martineau Johnson. She joined the group in September 2005 having completed her training contract with the firm. Jo undertakes a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment work, acting for both claimants and respondents. Jo also has experience in defending discrimination claims in respect of access to membership of public sector pension schemes.
