Biography
Kathryn is a solicitor specialising in employment law at Mills & Reeve based in the Cambridge office. Kathryn has extensive experience in dealing with Employment Tribunal claims, including discrimination cases, and regularly advises on managing difficult employment situations such as long term sickness absence, performance management and termination. Kathryn's recent work includes advising on the employment aspects of a business share sale, advising on the variation of employees' contracts of employment and reviewing employment policies in light of the new Age Discrimination Regulations.
