Biography

Nicole advises on a broad range of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious, including wrongful dismissal, unfair dismissal, and high profile discrimination claims. She frequently advises clients on the application of TUPE in corporate finance, property and PFI/PPP transactions. Nicole has particular expertise in PFI/PPP transactions, including Retention of Employment model procurements, where she acts for both public and private sector clients on the employment law aspects of such transactions.
