Biography
Martin is a senior associate in the Planning and Environment Unit in the Property Group. Martin represents both private and public sector clients in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious planning and related matters, including planning applications, appeals, section 106 obligations and judicial review relating to housing, retail, leisure and minerals developments and particularly town centre regeneration schemes. He also covers highways issues and has acted for and against local authorities in compulsory purchase proceedings and compensation proceedings.
