Biography

Richard is a partner in the Property Group. He undertakes a wide range of commercial property work specialising in advising corporate clients with large property portfolios and in property investment work. Richard leads a team of lawyers from Pinsent Masons advising a number of clients with large property holdings including SIG plc and Bureau Veritas and also for a number of high street retailers including Principles, Warehouse and Mexx. The work for these clients includes acquisitions, disposals, development, management and the property aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals.
