Biography
Stuart leads the firm's national Property Litigation team comprising lawyers in Birmingham, Leeds and London. He worked from the Leeds office for nine years but is now based in London. He advises on all aspects of property law (in particular cases involving landlord and tenant issues) but concentrates on resolving disputes and finding solutions to property-related problems. He acts for government departments, banks, property developers, property investment companies and corporate clients.
