Senior Employment Advisor David Woollcott is a human resources consultant with over 25 years’ experience in top-level HR management positions within the engineering, manufacturing , structural steel and finance sectors, US multi-national computer and Canadian telecommunications corporations. David was also a Main Board Director of Planned Maintenance Engineering Limited from 1999 to 2005. David’s qualifications include a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, FCMI, MIET, MBIFM and a First Degree in Electrical Engineering.
