Biography

Gillian Craig is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Group of MacRoberts. She practices general commercial litigation and therefore has experience of a wide range of disputes, particularly those which reach court. As such Gillian has acted in, and advised upon, contractual, intellectual property and real estate disputes, negligence and personal injury claims (including RTA, slip & trip, asbestos), and insolvencies. Gillian has also contributed to the third edition of the "Scottish Liquidation Handbook" by David Flint.
