Biography
Carl Vincent advises on a broad range of employment-related areas but predominantly deals with the contentious aspects of employment law and in particular unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, sex, race and disability discrimination, statutory maternity rights and other employment-related litigation. Carl has appeared as an advocate before employment tribunals. He also has considerable general litigation experience in both the High Court and the County Court. Carl qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and joined the firm in February 1999.
