Biography
Nick Jackson is an associate in the employment team. He advises on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues including unfair dismissal, restrictive covenants, discrimination and contract claims. He has advocacy experience in the Employment Tribunals, County Court and High Court and does work for the charity, the Free Representation Unit. Nick also advises on the management of collective redundancies and business transfers, tax issues, and the preparation of service agreements, standard terms and conditions and staff handbooks. Nick graduated from Durham University in 1989 with a degree in archaeology before converting to law through the CPE in 1995. He qualified as a solicitor in 1999.
