Biography

Jayn Bond is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with over 20 years’ experience in HR. She is commercially aware and has a pragmatic approach to her work which is underpinned with an in-depth knowledge of employment legislation and best practice. Jayn is Head of HR at Workplace Law Group and Course Director for our accredited CIPD certificate level courses. Jayn has been advising Chief Executives, Managing Directors and Senior Managers of SMEs, local authorities and not-for-profit organisations at both strategic and operational level for a number of years. Jayn has served as a Lay Member on East London Employment Tribunal Panel since 2005.
