Biography
Jayn is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with over 15 years experience and the founding Director of Positive HR Ltd. She is commercially aware and has a pragmatic approach to her work which is underpinned with an in depth knowledge of employment legislation and best practice. Jayn has been working for a number of years as a consultant offering outsourced solutions to SMEs, local authorities and not for profit organisations working alongside Chief Executives, Managing Directors and Senior Managers at both strategic and operational level. Jayn has recently been appointed as a Lay Member on Employment Tribunal Panels
