Biography

Edwin joined Drivers Jonas in 1993, following three years' experience with a private practice in Northampton where he reported directly to the senior director, gaining experience in a broad range of work including valuation, landlord and tenant, management, rating and agency. Edwin now jointly manages the Birmingham office and heads the professional team. He is responsible for a number of projects and advising a wide variety of clients on rating matters. These include British Standards Institution, NFU Mutual and the Royal Bank of Scotland. Edwin has considerable experience in negotiating and settling rating appeals against 1990 and 1995 assessments and has represented clients at Local Valuation Tribunal.
