Biography
Sean Elson qualified as a solicitor in 1994. He is a regulatory defence lawyer and a member of the Association of Regulatory and Disciplinary Laywers. He has been the author of articles in this specialist area. He represents those companies and individuals who are being investigated or prosecuted for regulatory offences. Primarily these are health and safety and environmental matters but also include food safety, financial services and insolvency, counterfeiting and trademarks. Having previously represented defendants charged with serious and complex fraud he also deals with offences such as money laundering and investigations by the Serious Fraud Office.
