Biography
Joanne qualified in 1995 and joined the Employment & Pensions Unit at Charles Russell in April 2001 becoming a Partner in 2003. Joanne has a wide range of experience in all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law, advising corporate clients on individual and collective employment law related matters. She has particular interest and expertise in discrimination claims and managing pan European projects, including cross border transactions and collective redundancies. Joanne is an active member of the Employment Lawyers Association Training Committee and is a member of the ELA’s Age Discrimination Working Party. She is also a member of the Law Society’s Employment Law Committee and a regular speaker at ELA and CIPD events as well as client training events.
