Biography
Suzanne is a partner in the commercial department of Eversheds LLP (having trained with one of Eversheds’ predecessor firms) and qualified as a solicitor in 1993. She handles a wide range of commercial work with particular expertise in IT and e-commerce law, data protection and contract law. Suzanne is skilled in the drafting, negotiation and reviewing of complex commercial transactions (both in relation to IT and in a more general context) including outsourcing, consultancy, and licensing arrangements and advising clients on the most appropriate arrangements for their needs. Having spent part of her training working in-house Suzanne understands the need for a commercial approach when solving legal problems. Suzanne also speaks regularly at external and in-house seminars on a variety of subjects. She is a member of the Society for Computers & Law.
