Biography
Kevin Bridges joined Pinsent Masons in 2005 and specialises in health and safety law and related criminal and civil (public and employers' liability) litigation. He is dual qualified as a solicitor and safety practitioner and provides pro-active advice on a wide range of health and safety issues to corporate and commercial clients and has a particular interest in the Education, Marine and Aviation sectors. As well as general health and safety law, Kevin's areas of specialism include breaches of fire law, environmental and planning law, food law, leisure and sports law and property management. He has hosted many seminars and lectures on all aspects of health and safety. Kevin contributes regular articles and features to the Safety and Health Practitioner (SHP) and is a Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (MIOSH) and an Executive Committee member of the Bristol and West of England Branch. He holds the National Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health, parts 1 and 2 (Dip2.OSH) and tutors the law modules for both Parts of the NEBOSH National Diploma at the University of Bristol.
