Karen is a solicitor in the Energy, Projects and Construction team, specialising in the drafting of construction and facilities management contracts. Karen has experience of drafting and negotiating framework agreements in light of new EU procurement law and has worked on PFI and PPP projects both in the UK and Overseas.
