Biography
Simon is a Partner in the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department of Orchard. Simon has wide experience of commercial litigation in all divisions of the Hight Court including the Technology and Construction Court and the Commercial Court. Simon's specialisms include: insurance and reinsurance claims; civil fraud and white collar crime cases; world-wide freezing and asset-tracing; professional negligence claims against surveyors and solicitors in relation to commercial mortgage transactions; and construction and general property related claims on behalf of contractors, developers and funding institutions, including breach of contract, breach of warrenty and professional negligence. Simon is admitted as a solicitor in England and Scotland.
