Biography

Lynne was formerly a partner with Orchard Solicitors, joining the Corporate Department at Vizards Tweedie in 2005. Lynne specializes in Employment & Employee Benefits and has advised on large scale employment issues for Harrods, Fulham Football Club, Punch Magazine, Liberty Radio & Publishing & Metro Business Aviation. Between 2000 and 2003 she had an international role as Employment Counsel for MCI Worldcom Ltd advising on employee restructuring issues such as downsizing, insourcing and outsourcing on a global basis. Lynne deals in all aspects of employment law both contentious and non-contentious, unfair and wrongful dismissal claims, racial and sexual discrimination and equal pay cases.
