Biography
Philip acts for major corporations and financial institutions. He advises on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious, including equal opportunities issues, senior executive terminations, industrial relations (including compulsory trade union recognition), data protection and the employment aspects of corporate transactions, both business transfers (including outsourcings) and share sales. In addition, Philip has specialist knowledge of employment law relating to health and safety at work (in particular in relation to railways) and experience of criminal prosecution for breach of health and safety duties.
