Biography
Laura is an Assistant Solicitor in the Employment Group at Collyer-Bristow. She is a New Zealand qualified lawyer with extensive experience in all aspects of employment law including advising on and representing clients in the areas of termination, discrimination, harassment, health and safety, restrictive covenants, confidentiality and employment contracts and policies. In addition, Laura has extensive experience in commercial and corporate litigation. She has acted for a range of clients in these areas including government departments, multi nationals, senior executives and directors. Laura has also appeared several times in Employment Court/Tribunal forums and has presented a range of seminars on employment law issues.
