Biography

Hugh is a partner in the Property Group and specialises in the provision of advice relating to property transactions. He has significant experience of advising investors, developers and banks in development, PFI and property finance work. Hugh has been involved in all aspects of commercial property work including retail, office and industrial leasing, site assembly and development work, property finance and the property aspects of MBO/MBI transactions, business sale agreements and corporate acquisitions and sales.
