Biography
Lee specialises in the design and implementation of structures and vehicles for the acquiring, trading, financing and investing in interests in UK real estate. This involves the setting up of various types of trusts, partnerships, contractual JVs, limited partnerships and LLPs. He is particularly interested in tax-driven real estate products, and his expertise includes stamp duty, VAT and capital allowance planning for real estate transactions. Lee has specific expertise and experience in structures for inward investment in UK real estate. Clients include GKN, MEPC, Castlemore, AT&T, Prologis, Powergen, Marconi and Castlepoint LP.
