Biography
Brian Gegg joined Kennedys as a Partner in the Employment Law Group in October 2002. Brian advises on all aspects of employment law with specialisation in a variety of industries, in particular assisting with day-to-day HR management and strategy, sensitive boardroom disputes and restructuring programmes, Tribunal and High Court litigation and injunctions, as well as non-contentious contract and policy drafting and dealing with the employment aspects of commercial deals including M & A transactions, major projects, PFI transactions and outsourcing deals with emphasis on the application of the TUPE regulations. Brian has lectured widely on employment law particularly for Hawksmere and for Facilities Management and Construction Industry representative bodies. He is a frequent publisher of articles in a variety of journals including Construction News and Building Magazine and Facilities Management Legal Update. He is also an Editorial Consultant to Staffing HR and Staffing IT Magazines and contributed to the Employment Law Chapters of the Facilities Management Legal Update/ Workplacelaw Network Handbook 2001 and 2002 and the Working Time Chapters of the Health & Safety Handbook.
