Biography

Joanne Garbett is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution & Litigation Group at Pinsent Masons. Joanne qualified in 1998 and joined Pinsent Masons in 2001. Since qualification, Joanne has specialised in advising individuals and corporate clients in a wide range of commercial disputes including contractual disputes, injunctive relief proceedings, defending claims for compensation and indemnity under the Commercial Agent (Council Directive) Regulations 1993 general commercial disputes and alternative dispute resolution procedures.
