Stephanie is a solicitor in Tarlo Lyons Employment & Resourcing Department. Stephanie’s main areas of expertise are service agreements and contracts of employment, TUPE, employment aspects of the Human Rights Act, Working Time Regulations, equal pay, redundancy, national minimum wage regulations, disciplinary and grievance procedures, employee surveillance and monitoring and contentious employment law. Stephanie is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, the European Employment Lawyers Association and the Industrial Law Society.
