Biography
Since qualifying in 1998, Jacqueline has concentrated on all aspects of employment law. Her experience includes: drafting contracts of employment, employee handbooks and policies, directors' service agreements and severance agreements; advising on senior terminations and large scale redundancy programmes; advising on employee privacy and data protection; advising on sex, race and disability discrimination; and advising on employee aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Jacqueline has conducted cases for clients in the Employment Tribunals in relation to unfair dismissal, sex, race and disability discrimination.
