Biography
Since qualifying in 1988, Susan has concentrated on all aspects of employment law including the employment of directors and senior executives, trades union law and the resolution of employment disputes in Employment Tribunals. She is particularly interested in discrimination and redundancy issues. Susan has contributed to many publications. She has co-edited "Employment Law in Europe" a book on comparative European Employment Law. She has written several articles (including some for "The Independent") and has spoken at a number of seminars.
