Biography
Anthony has specialised in employment law and in commercial litigation since qualifying in 1980 and has been a partner in CMS Cameron McKenna (and predecessor firms) since 1984. He is an expert in employment law and has written and lectured on various aspects. Anthony advises on all areas of employment law including: ·directors' service agreement and remuneration packages; ·discrimination in employment; ·employment aspects of sales and purchases of businesses and company restructuring; ·restrictive covenants; ·profit sharing schemes; ·Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation. He also acts in substantial commercial litigation of which he has wide experience, including a number of high profile cases. He is an accredited mediator and amongst the first to be recognised as a leader in that field by Chambers directory. He regularly mediates commercial disputes with a wide variety of subject matter.
