Biography
Sarah has specialised in employment since qualifying with the firm in 2001. She advises on all areas of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious. Her experience includes advising on employment aspects of mergers, disposals and acquisitions, real estate transactions, outsourcings and PPP and PFI transactions. She also advises on stand-alone employment issues, including the drafting of relevant employment documentation. Her experience includes drafting service agreements and severance terms, advising on disciplinary and grievance issues, individual and collective redundancy issues, restrictive covenants and relationships with trade unions. She has also handled litigation relating to claims of unfair dismissal, sex, race, disability and age discrimination, protected disclosures and TUPE.
